Imitation Response to "New Year's Resolution"

Maybe nothing is too much. The weight of something is not enough, it binds with the implied resistance that holds but is not enough. Nothing is too much when the lid is off the box and you are resolute to be nothing to no one but not in a negative way. Some day being something to anyone else could revert back into nothing but for now nothing cannot be grasped. It is indelible in its impermanence, for everyone is nothing to someone and everything to whom? I ache for the resolve that nothing requires, but by the end of the day it somehow backfires and something happens to someone, and I am nothing if not something once again.
